Let's go fly a kite!
This is now a daily request. Kite flying and sidewalk scribbling. Has spring finally arrived?
I am thrilled to be done with school for the semester, but having a difficult time figuring out what to do with myself this summer. This is the first summer I have had off in years. How do you while away the summer hours?

Go to the library, take lots of walks, go to the pool, nap, draw, read, bake, cook, watch movies, come to Chicago to visit friends ;)
I love your thinking Erin! :)
Jess, I find it's funny how we spend all year wishing the summer will get here and when it does, we don't know what to do with it! :) The son has finally finished with classes and we are now waiting for June to get here so we can hopefully go on a little trip. In the meantime, I spend my time taking long walks with Roxy, reading, posting on my blog and talking on the phone! :)
It is strange, isn't it? Maybe it's part of the grass is always greener syndrome, and once we finally get what we want, we don't know what to do with it. :) Evelyn and I have been taking walks to the park, coloring with chalk on the sidewalk, playing with her puzzles and toys inside and taking trips to the zoo. After a busy semester, I guess I feel like my days should be more packed! :)
You can come visit me more this summer! I'd like that. ;) Take time to smell the flowers...
It's mom not Matt. I'm not sure why it posted the wrong name. I haven't used this before.
I love your blog. Right into the faves list you go!
